Some vital things, both to children and adults, cannot be supplemented. They need to be absorbed through food. The reason why adults seem to survival pretty well as apposed to children is because those adults are leaching off of the stores they built up as children from when their loving parents fed them a pre-SAD diet. Look it up. This is serious stuff. You might do okay for the first 10-15, but so do most alcoholics and drug addicts.
