The neck was too tight for her comfort but overall helped tremendously with not only the cold water but with her eczema. The salt and sand usually irritate her a great deal but she had no problems while wearing the suit. We weren’t sure about the ordering size since she often wears a 14 in clothing but since we didn’t want it to be too loose we we went with the 12 based on the size chart. It fit great but she won’t get any more use out of it…
