Panama is known for a lot of things. Including: having great waves, however, one thing it’s not really known for is big wave surfing. You’ve probably heard of Silverbacks whenever someone brings up surfing down here & even though it’s been tackled by numerous big names throughout surfing history, it’s still a slightly underrated big wave surf spot. This place blew my mind as I surfed & saw the true potential for what’s really possible out here. It’s an honor for me to surf and experience a wave like this in my lifetime.
