Keeps a swimmer warmer I have a very thin son who has to swim laps. By the end of a two hour outdoor winter practice he was really chilled. Northern California in December is not that warm, especially after dark. His coach demanded he swim with a rash guard. He was layering two at a time before he got this heavy one.It fits pretty good, though not perfectly as he is really skinny. I don’t think it would be that way on majority of people. I am a chest size 40 with long arms and this rash shirt in a size medium fit me perfectly. Nice long sleeves and a super comfortable fit. Construction quality is very good. Adds just the right amount of thermal layering without constricting movement at all. Am very happy with this purchase!I was so happy in fact that one week later I also bought the O’Neill Thermo-X longsleeve shirt for when conditions were even chillier. Big mistake!
