Great for surfing when you need UV protection & some warmth I have a surfing Dakine bucket hat, and an Oneill OZone rash guard with a hood to protect my head from the sun while I’m surfing. I have fair skin, and skin cancer has been an issue for me. One of the big problems with the visor on the hat and hood is it pushes down over your eyes when paddling out through the waves especially in the impact zone.
